Who We Are Established in 1936, Delta Kappa Alpha is a national, professional, cinematic arts fraternity dedicated to developing cinematic artists of character. DKA is open to all students, all majors, all genders--all artists. Delta Kappa Alpha Cinematic Society is made up of students and alumni that collaboratively focus on strengthening personal character and professionally developing their careers in the cinematic arts. Students come together because they share similar ambitions, personal values, and create lifelong community through the learning and practice of the cinematic arts. Delta Kappa Alpha is proud to be the nation's oldest cinema society since 1936. We are a values based organization that strives to provide opportunities for professional growth and leadership development for students of all genders with an affinity for film, television, and entertainment.
